1. Investigate and restore CP levels at PR-2 and coupon C-1 (check rectifier output), then re-survey to confirm the −850 mV criterion. Priority: high
2. Abrasive preparation and re-coat of the east shell to the 300 µm specification over the rust-affected area. Priority: high
3. Reinstate roof-edge bird-proofing and correct drainage to eliminate pooling. Priority: medium
